What’s for dinner? Baked tomatoes with green salad.Very quick and easy and it will fill you up with so few calories! It’s one of my favourite dinners! Try it out and let me know what you think!
You will need a couple of tomatoes which you will slice up,place in an oven proof dish,salt pepper and drizzle with some olive oil.You can also put little chunks of cheese like I did.I used feta cheese.Bake for about 15 min.or until the tomatoes are tender and the cheese golden brown.Take them out of the oven,season with oregano and serve with some green salad with lemon. Mmmm….Yum!
