Banana-Cocoa Soy Smoothie
I like this because I LOVE soy milk, bananas, and honey. I never drink real milk anymore for some reason. And the chocolate sounds good too. I’m going to try it with a little peanut butter maybe instead :)
INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup silken tofu
- 1/2 cup soymilk
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
PREPARATION
- Slice banana and freeze until firm. Blend tofu, soymilk, cocoa and honey in a blender until smooth. With the motor running, add the banana slices through the hole in the lid and continue to puree until smooth.
